As the end of year comes,

love and care for others can be even more appreciated.

 

Today, I would like to tell you about one of the volunteer service from Shincheonji Cheonan Church.

 

Every month, a group of very skilled hairstylists 

from Shincheonji Cheonan church visit a senior center in the neighbor

to provide free haircut service to seniors.

 

On November 28, 2013, Shincheonji Cheonan Church volunteers

visited Songhak Senior center and provided free haircut service

to the low income seniors living alone.  

 

 

Shincheonji Cheonan Chruch Volunteer Service will go on until all the people in Cheonan city receive and feel the love of God, Jesus and Shincheonji.

 Shincheonji Cheonan Church Volunteers offer free haircut service to seniors around Seong-Jeong Dong area once every month.

 

The month of September, volunteers visited Mokryeon Senior Center.

 

  

 

All volunteers are professional.

 

All Seniors are looking good~!

Shincheonji Cheoan Church Volunteer Service- Teenage Suicide Prevention Healing Campaign

September 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day by World Health Organization.

 

Republic of Korea has No.2 title in teenage suicide rate

among the OECD countries.

 

On 9/15/2013, Shincheonji Cheonan Church Volunteers were gathered

at Cheonan Top Park to have special event.

 

[Teenage Suicide Prevention Healing Campaign]

 

 

The programs for this event were the free hugs, art therapy sessions, writing suicide prevention pledges,  suicide prevention healing concert, and much more.

 

 

The main title for this campaign was

"You are the Hope to somebody at this very moment"

 

 Suicide! It can be prevented.

All we need are little bit of love and attention to one another.

Shincheonji volunteers gathered to do something to be remembered to the residences in Cheonan, S. Korea; The wall painting.

 

The plain wall is getting some artistic touches from volunteers~!

 

 

Wow! What a wonderful piece of art!

I appreciate your hard work! It is beautiful.

 

It seemed like residents were also appreciating their work. They cheered up the volunteers with lots of compliments and cold drinks!

Volunteers from Shincheonji Cheonan Church visited SunYoung Senior Center located in Seougjeong1-Dong, Cheonan, S.Korea on 7/25/2013

to provide haircut service.

 

 

 The Chief of Seongjeong1-Dong office, the leader of Seongjeong1-Dong Welfare time, and the chairman of Seongjeong1-Dong resident's association all came out to the center to support seniors and the volunteer service.

[SHINCHONJI CHEONAN CHURCH] Shinchonji Volunteer Services - Wiping and Cleaning Gravestones of Veterans of Korea.

June is the month of Memorial and Veterans in Korea.

 

About 50 members of Shinchonji cheonan Chruch visited Daejeon National Cemetery to pay a tribute to the deceased patriots.

 

 

Shinchonji Cheoan Members wiped and clean

each of 1000 Gravestones of veterans

as a volunteer services.

 

 

 

Thank you, veterans of Korea, for fighting for our country and saving the land we are living so that we can have privileges to enjoy all good things in Korea.
